0215(2) Program lacks documentation of the current staff who are trained by the child's parent/guardian on child's medication adminstration that is included in child's health care plan for a food allergy. 0215(3)(a)(ii) An Epi-Pen medication was observed to be onsite for a specific child. The program lacked complete medication authorization documentation for the medication.
