0106(10) - At the time of inspection, provider H.A. did not have a current, non-expired Bloodeborne Pathogens training. 0106(11) - At the time of inspection, provider N.A. was not able to provide this licensor proof of current, non-expired CPR/First-Aid training. Provider N.A. was the only provider on site and in ratio at the time of inspection.
