Observation

Neither the provider or her two assistants have current First Aid, CPR, BBP training. The provider's adult daughter who resides in the home has current First Aid, CPR and BBP and she agreed to remain on the premises and accessible when children were present and until the training was completed by the provider and assistants. Neither the provider or her two assistants have current Food Handler's Permits. They were observed serving children lunch today. The provider completed the Food Handler's course with King County DOH prior to my departure.
