Observation

The gas fireplace was observed accessible, and in operation during this licensor's inspection. A pilot light/flame was visible. The provider does not have verificaition of anual inspection. She has signed a statement saying that it will not be used at any time. She shares that she only used it recently due to a power outage. The gas to this stove was turned off prior to my departure. The knobs on the provider's gas cooking stove are accessible to children in care.
