Observation

1)a) Licensee has advised the department that her program does not provide transportation. She has begun providing transportation to children. The transportation policies are not complete and do not reflect the transportation being provided. 1)b) There are children in care who are being transported in a staff vehicle and there is no parent authorization or permission on file to transport them. 2)a) Staff have not had the children's health history, emergency information, and emergency medical authorization forms accessible when transporting children. 2)c) Staff have not had a complete first aid kit (as prescribed in WAC 110-300-0230) in the vehicle during transportation of children.
