Observation

1)a) There were hygiene products, aerosol sprays of lysol, static guard, fluoride rinse, and toothpaste in an unsecured cabinet and drawer in the bathroom where they were accessible to children. The magnetic latches that were mounted on the cabinet doors were not working, one was missing a screw so it was not engaging and the other one was not turned on. 1)a) There was a bucket of bleach water sitting out in the sink in the kitchen. This area is accessible to children and there are school-age children enrolled. 1)a) There were pump bottles of hand sanitizer accessible to children on top of the cubbies in the play room and on the counter in the bathroom.
