2)c) There are electrical cords for the printer and computer that are accessible to children in care in the playroom. 2)c) There are several cords up on the kitchen counter that are accessible to children. 2)d) There was a plastic bag under the diapering station that was partially filled with diapers. The plastic bag was accessible to children. 2)d) There are plastic bags being used to store play doh and toys in the play room that are accessible to children. 3)g) There were two trikes in the outdoor play area that were not in good condition. The red trike was missing the handlebar grips and the bare metal was exposed, presenting a puncture hazard. The yellow trike had broken plastic on the front fender and on the back of it. 5)e) There was a power strip on the shelf next to the children's table in the playroom that was accessible to children.
