110-300-0106(11) Licensor reviewed MERIT and observed some staff did not have current first-aid and CPR certification. CPR and first-aid training must be delivered in person and include a hands-on component that is demonstrated in front of an instructor certified by a nationally recognized certification program. 110-300-0106(12) Licensor reviewed MERIT and observed the staff did not have a current food worker card. Licensor could not verify in physical file. 110-300-0106(3) Licensor reviewed MERIT and observed some of the staff did not have their child care basic completed within three months of hire.
