Observation

At the time of the onsite monitor visit, the provider and two assistants did not have a completed bloodborne pathogens training. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, the provider and one assistant did not have a completed CPR training and all three staff were missing First Aid. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, one assistant was missing her food handler's card. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, the provider did not have a current safe sleep training from within the last year.
