Observation

At the time of this inspection, licensor measured the fence in the outdoor play area to be 41" - 45" on several fence panels. Licensor observed the gate and fence to be damaged in various areas, observing a fence board that was broken on the gate and areas of the fence that were visibly deteriorating, with exposed splintering wood that felt sharp to the touch.
