0146(1)(a)(b) - At the time of inspection, a thirty-one inch, blue and pink plastic slide was observed on the outdoor deck. The slide was located on turf instead of the proper CPSC surface guidelines. The slide did not have a six feet safety zone separating the slide from the deck railing and the home.
