Observation

0165(2)(d) a blue latex glove, accessible to children was observed laying on top of an outdoor storage box located on the play deck. 0165(4)(f) outdoor stairway leading from the upper deck was blocked with small size planter, two childsize wood chairs and table that appeared to be broken. This stair way does not have a pressure gate, the gate observed did not have an auto close/self latching mechanism. This gate is also used as an exit gate leading from the play deck/home.
