Observation

Climbing equipment in the outdoor licensed space does not have ground cover. Ground cover will need to be added under climbing equipment and must have correct inches listed for material used list in WAC 110-300-0146(1)(a)(b). Licensor observed a small trampoline located in the licensed space; will need to be removed or made inaccessible to children care during operational hours.
