110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) The storage shed was accessible to children through an unlocked gate. 110-300-0260(5) maintenance equipment was observed to be accessible to children including a shovel, two rakes, water softener crystals, along an emergency exit pathway. A toilet brush was accessible to children next to a toilet in the preschool classroom.
