WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) Durng the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed items that say keep out of reach of children of childre that were accessible to children in licensed space. This licensor observed in the children's cubbies area there was diaper creams in a basket with diapers and on top of the cubbies there was a bottle of power steering wheel liquid. This licensor also observed in the bathroom there was two bottles of lotions above the toilet and one small bottle by the sink that were all accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the storage cabinet across from the bathroom was not locked and was accessible to children. This licensor observed prescription medications, cleaners, and other items in this storage cabinet. The provider corrected this during the visit and put a child lock on the cabinet Risk
