0165(2)(c) There were some cords in the living room next to the TV area not secured leaving cords accessible during monitor visit. 0165(3)(a) There was some sharp knives accessible in kitchen closed drawers and some razor in the shower during the monitor visit. 0165(2)(d) There was some plastic bags in closed cabinet in the kitchen during monitor visit.
