2)c) There is a loose cord to a standing lamp accessible to children in the play room and another cord to some newly installed LED lights accessible under the television. 2)d) There was a plastic bag with a few diapers in it on a shelf outside the bathroom where it is accessible to children. 4)c)iii) There is a standing lamp in the playroom that is not attached or secured to prevent tipping.
