Observation

2)a) There is a toddler age child in care (under age 2 1/2) and there are play materials accessible that pose a risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion. This includes small beans and corn kernels in a sensory bin, and small painted sorting mushrooms stored at child level. These were all moved during the inspection. 2)c) There was a loose cord to a light ball accessible to children under the dining table in the play room. This cord was removed during the inspection. 2)c) There was a long cord accessible to children on the side of the shed outside. This cord was removed during the inspection. 3)f) There are two shelves in the hall that are tall/skinny enough to pose a tipping hazard, but are not anchored to prevent tipping.
