Observation

2)a) There were some art supplies in the dining room that were on a cart accessible to children in care. Some of the art supplies were small enough to pose a choking hazard to children. 2)c) There was a blue rope hanging from a hook by the back door where it was accessible to children, provider said it was used for a dog leash. It was long enough to be capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. 2)c) One of the standing lamps has a long cord that is accessible to children in the living room. 3)a) There were sharp knives in a butcher block on the kitchen counter where they were within reach of children in care. 3)c) There is a bifold door at the end of the hallway next to the bathroom. The door can be opened by a child and the middle of the door poses a pinching hazard when closing. 5)a) One outlet on the back of the house near the sliding glass door was not tamper resistant and is in a licensed space where it is accessible to children.
