WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f) Laminate sheets and wood trellis observed on outdoor space by air-conditioning unit outside which pose a risk of falling or tipping--previously cited on inspection report dated (08/07/2023). At Health and Safety visit on 8/25/2023, licensor Herrera observed laminate sheet, wood trellis, ladder and gardening tools (shovel and metal rake) leaning against the wall of the emergency exit. These items are accessible to children and pose a risk of falling or tripping.
