110-300-0260(1)(a) Licensee has sanitizing cleaning wipes accessible a white cupboard in the playroom area. This was locked by this licensee on this site visit making the wipes inaccessible. 110-300-0260(1)(b) licensee had Clorox Bleach on the kitchen counter food preparation area. This was removed and made inaccessible during this site visit. 110-300-0260(2)(3)(b) Licensee has one storage room accessible without a working locking device to prevent children access in the hallway area.
