Observation

Many staff members have not completed Child Care Basics (CCB) for School Age Prof. This includes but may not cover everyone since they may not be connected to MERIT and identified as working staff at this facility. E.R., B.B., A.R., A.G., K.U, S.R. Staff who did not complete Child Care Basics (CCB)for School Age Professionals within 3 months would have needed to complete these H&S trainings. These staff members include, but may not be inclusive of all that did not take CCB and these dept. Health and Safety topic trainings: E.R., A.G., S.R., B.B. T (i.e. homelessness, dept. approved child abuse/neglect, emergency preparedness, as stated in WAC -0106). Staff preparing snack did not have a Food Handler's card to verify it was current. Several staff have not registered with MERIT. As checked off in WACs, cannot verify whether some staff have current FA, CPR, BBP training
