0165(2)(a) in the inside the home, there are multiple plastic covers on the electrical outlets; corrected on-site on 3/27/2025. 0165(2)(f) in the dining room, a glass sliding door is missing stickers or child's art to prevent from walking into the door. 0165(3)(f) in the childcare room, a shelf with the fine motor materials needs to be secured to the wall from preventing from falling to a child or children.
