Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outdoor playground equipment surfacing has not been maintained, as the wood chips measured 1 and ¾ inches, 5 inches, and 6 ¼ inches under areas of the play structure and slide. (1) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed that wood chips surfacing does not meet the CPSC for 9 inches and measured 1 and ¾ inches, 5 inches, and 6 and ¼ inches under areas of the play structure and slide.
