Observation

During an on site complaint visit, licensor Rossfeld and licensor Grgich observed teacher Michelle grab and pull a child by the wrist and restrain this child and another child on multiple occasions. Licensor Rossfeld and Grgich heard teacher Michelle tell the children to pick up the blocks and did not observe the children engaging in behaviors that warented the use of restraint. The licensors observations were also viewed by the director Renee Eicher and assistant director Karen Cooper via video recording during the visit.
