Observation

Licensor observed a perscribed medication in medication area, that did not have a perscriptive authority for the specific child, did not have medical authorization for, and did not have label on medicaiton to identify A-E. Licensor observed Tylenol in first aid kit that should be inaccessible to children and kept seperate from childcare.
