Observation

WAC 110-300-0165 (2)(a) There is a large metal tool cabinet outside in the playground area that has drawers full of tools to include small choking hazards items such as screws. WAC 110-300-0165 (2)(c) There was a loose cord behind a fan in the back bedroom where a child was sleeping. WACA 110-300-0165 (3)(a) At the time of the site visit there was a large fan sitting on the floor in the back bedroom with openings a child could stick their fingers in. There is a large metal tool cabinet outside on the playground area that has a variety of tools in it to include tools that have sharp edges, and points. The bathroom next to the two bedrooms had a drawer with open razors and were accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165 (3)(d) There is a chest freezer outside on the playground that is accessible to the children.
