Observation

There was no medication form observed for a child that has medication for a food allergy. The form also needs to have the log in the file as well. Form must be completely filled out and signed by the parent and the doctor for the medications (zyrtec and epi-pen). In the restroom top drawer there was toothpaste and facial cleanser/creams accessible to children.
