0166 (3)(a) At the time of the visit, it was observed that the deadbolt on the main door is use. The provider corrected the violation onsite by unlocking the deadbolt. 0166 (4) At the time of the visit, it was observed that there is no landing place outside the emergency exit window in the infant room as the area is blocked by a large bush.
