110-300-0145(11) Licensor observed there was not an appropriate self-closing self-latching gate. 110-300-0145(12) Licensor observe there was not an emergency gate in the outdoor space. 110-300-0145(4) Licensor observed no developmentally appropriate play activities in the outdoor space for any age group. 110-300-0145(6)(7) Licensor observed the outdoor play area was accessible to adult non-family members occupying downstairs in lower part off the house.
