110-300-0165(3)(d): The compost bin and two additional garbage bins located in the outdoor play area were not secured with safety locks. 110-300-0165(5)(b): The electrical outlet near the sink in the bathroom was not GFCI protected. 110-300-0165(2)(f): No stickers were placed on the glass portion of the sliding glass door at the children’s eye level.
