Observation

There are staff that are attached to MERIT and/or were attached to MERIT by this licensor that do not have documentation of required trainings. Staff are missing Initial STARS training and/or the 110-301-0106 required trainings. There are several staff that do not have documentation of certifications (CPR/First Aid, BBP and Food Handlers) in the MERIT system to be verified. Staff are required to complete BBP professional training yearly per Labor and industries regulations.
