Observation

Lead Staff members that have been at the program longer than the 3 month time frame do not have documentation of Medication Management Trainings. The site has children with food allergies and if there was a exposure the staff would be required to administer meds and they are not trained. There are also Sunscreen and Hand Sanitizer permission slips for children that are outdated. The child file reviewed with the food allergy did not have updated medication forms.
