All staff files reviewed did not have documentation of reviewing the Disaster Plan yearly. 1 child file did not have documentation of reviewing handbooks. There were no drills documented for September 2023, November 2023, December 2023, January and February 2024. The drill log sheet was from 2023-2024. There was no lockdown drills noted for this year thus far. The drills noted on the sheet were 1/2023, 6/2023 and 11/2023 and 1/2024 Drills are to be conducted monthly for fire and quarterly for Disasters.
