Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the woodchips on the playground to only mesasure approximately 5-6 inches around playground equiptment that included a toddler slide and a playgym with a slide, climbing wall, and tire swing and was not at the required CPSC measurement guidelines of 9 inches.
