Lumen Early Learning Center (GLOW Children Early Learning Center)

Observation

Multiple wood cubes in all rooms were missing being secured to the wall. The second level library had multiple large bookshelves missing being secured to the wall. The Center toddler Trunks ROom has multiple holes on the wall with peeling paint. The lower rooms, roots and trunks had a plug in outlet next to the sink that was not a GFCI outlet. THe outler is behind the multi purpose plug in that was being used during the visit.
