Licensor observed during health & safety re-inspection that there were outlets with phone jacks accessible to children. Licensor observed during health & dafety re-inspection that paint was chipping off diaper changing table and off the wall near school age classroom, and areas that need wall molding near front office. Licensor observed during health & safety re-inspection blinds in staff office near school age room. Licensor observed during health & safety re-inspection that there was no hot or warm water in school age bathroom under 120 F. Licensor observed loose ceiling tile in hallway near school age classroom Licensor observed cleaning supply baskets in each classroom not secure to wall and low enough for child access.
