These were removed and maderefrigerator not accessible while this Licensor was on site. 0165 (3)(d): secondary freezer and does not have child safety latch on it.refrigerator 0165 (3)(f): Several shelving units and large antique cabinets are not secured to the wall or ground and pose a fall risk. Heavy items including shampoo, large bin with hygiene products, and more present on shelf above the toilet and pose a fall risk. These items about the toilet were removed while this Licensor was on site. 0165 (3)(g): hallway in living room leading to bathroom as well as doors in hallway have holes in walls and doors in need of repair. Four holes total. 0165 (5)(e): Power strip accessible in living room to children. This strip was removed while Licensor was on site.
