0146(1)(a)(b) Playgroud was observed to have a dome climber on 1.5 inches of woodchips, and a Little Tykes Climber placed over grass as well Step2 Extreme coaster placed over grass. Both items placed over grass have requirements in the manufacturers book requiring ground cover and not placing on grass.
