0165(2)(c) in the bedroom - office space: 2 electrical cords need to be secure to the wall. In the outdoor space - outdoor lights cord is acessible to childcare childre; it needs to be secured to the wall. 0165(3)(c) in the outdoor area - the left side gate has a small broken session that can be a pinching hazard. 0165(3)(f) in the outdoor area - a large grill is near the wall without a fence needs to be inaccessible to child care children to prevent from falling to childcare children. 0165(3)(g) in the child care room - small session of flaking paint is accessible to childcare children. 0165(5)(a) by the front door - two electrical outlets the covers need to be tamper-resistant or cover with blank plates. 0165(5)(f) in the outdoor - an extention is being used for a BBQ grill.
