Licensor observed a 2- 12mm (bead size) duck game pieces in the pack and play. 0165(2)(a) (immediate Licensor observed a small piece of doritto chip underneath thecorrection: removal of duck game pieces) pack and play mat. (immediate correction: removal of food crumb). Licensor observed plastic bags stored under the bathroom sink was accessible to children. 0165(2)(d) (immediate correction: Child safety lock was secured and fastened). Licensor observed the sliding glass door did not have stickers/art work to prevent children from0165(2)(f) walking into or through a glass door. Licensor observed 2 pack and play equipment was placed near a window. 0165(2)(g) (immediate correction: moved pack and play away from windows).
