Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the lower cabinet in the bathroom off from the kitchen had some chemicals/cleaners/plunger stored in it and Japanese Cherry Blossom spray sitting just up above the toilet within reach of children. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit there was an opening (no door) off from the kitchen that was being used for food storage and storage of maintenance supplies to include; 2 vacuum cleaners (on attached to the wall and an upright; a leaf blower and a mop bucket with a mop and broom inside. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was a vacuum cleaner and mop bucket w/a mop inside accessible to the children in an open storage area off from the kitchen.
