Observation

In the grass area of the playground, there is a large tractor tire used for climbing mounted upright (39 inches tall) that did not have adequate ground cover underneath. Ground cover Fall Zones for this piece of climbing equipment were not observed. (CPSC 5.3.2.1.4 The use zone should extend a minimum of 6 feet in all directions from the perimeter of the stand alone climber)
