(Licensor made the immediate correction and had the Director dispose the plastic bag). 0165(5)(a) Licensor observed outlets did not have automatic shutters (tamper-resistant) or covered by blank plates or other tamper-resistant covers. (Licensor suggested outlets be immediately addressed)
