Observation

A restroom cabinet was not locked and accessible to children that contained items labeled "keep out of reach of children". A staff restroom that is used as a storage area did not have a locking door or method to prevent child access and substances labeled "keep ot of reach of children" accessible. Restoom had toilet brush or plunger accessible to children.
