-0165 (2) (c) There was a cord that was not secured in the infant room, and also in the school age room. -0165 (3) (d) There is a very large, empty container in the outdoor area and it does not close to keep inacessible to children as a safety measure (26" high and over 4' wide). -0165 (3) (g) There is flaking paint in the lil pre room, by the laundry room wall and door frame. In the lil pre room is also rust residue on the floor, from the metal cabinet; in close proximity are some floor tiles that need be replaced or sealed since broken. -0165 (5) (e) In the school age room there is a power strip on the floor, that is accessible to children.
