Observation

One of the two play houses in the outdoor play area is in poor condition since a corner of the house is cracked/broken. A toy that has attached ball, is in poor condition also since it is tilted/bent. There is no sufficient groundcover located by the climbers (slide/teeter totters). The measured pea-gravel is three inches, and it does not have the nine inch minimum.
