Licensor reviewed MERIT prior to onsite visit on 07/09/2024 and onsite staff records and observed that Provider NL’s Bloodborne Pathogens training expired on 02/04/2024, and Family Home Aide DL has not completed the Bloodborne Pathogens training. (10) Licensor reviewed MERIT prior to onsite visit on 07/09/2024 and onsite staff records and observed that Provider NL’s Food Worker Card expired on 06/19/2024 and has not been renewed and Family Home Aide DL has not completed the Food Worker Card. (12) Licensor reviewed MERIT prior to onsite visit on 07/09/2024 and onsite staff records and observed that Family Home Aide DL has not completed the 30-hour Childcare Basic Training. (3). Licensor reviewed MERIT prior to onsite visit on 07/09/2024 and onsite staff records and observed that Provider NL’s Safe Sleep Training expired on 02/03/2024 and Family Home Aide DL has not completed the Safe Sleep Training.
