Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed an air freshener spray on the back of toilet, lemon essential oil and body spray on the counter top of handwashing sink, and comet cleaner in the unlocked cabinet under sink accessible to children in the licensed bathroom. (1)(a). During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the laundry room storage room door unlocked and not equipped with a locking mechanism accessible to children in the licensed childcare area.
