Observation

During the licensor visit: There was a large inflated water slide set up and intended to be used by the children. Ms Lee deflated it at the time of the visit after the licensor shared that it was not allowed. The licensor also shared that the "splash pad" which Ms Lee asked about, was not allowed, it is both inflatable and also a type of unfiltered wading pool for multiple children which is not allowed (WAC 110-300-0175 (4) )
